DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?

We do sell gift vouchers. These can either be bought in store or online and are available in either £5, £10 or £20. Every voucher will be valid for 1 year from date of purchase and will have the start date written on the back. To purchase a gift voucher either come in store, or find them in our shop and add them to your basket.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards or if you prefer you can check out using Paypal.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST FOR DELIVERY?

We have a flat rate for our shipping with the exception of cards and international shipping, take a look at our delivery information page here >>

HOW QUICK WILL I GET MY ITEM?

We aim to package up and send your items within 24 hours of your order being received. All our items are sent via Royal Mail or courier so we hope your goodies will arrive to you within 3 days of ordering.

WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY PRODUCT BE SENT IN?

At Hyde+Seek we receive a lot of stock delivered daily and can’t bare the thought of putting the packaging in a bin, so we like to recycle all our cardboard, paper and other packaging where possible.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order, its best to contact us as soon as possible. For this we recommend calling us at our shop, we receive a lot of emails during the day and don’t want anything to be missed. Our shop number is 01392 911005.

IS THERE PARKING NEAR YOUR EXETER STORE?

Thankfully Exeter is well equipped with carparks for all you lovely people coming to shop. The nearest car parks to us are John Lewis & Princesshay, these are great for long stay and are very central. Alternatively we are right next to the Exeter Bus and Coach Station and less than a mile away from Exeter Central Train Station.

I LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY, CAN I ORDER FROM HYDE+SEEK?

Please contact us directly by email and we will endeavour to calculate a shipping cost for you.

I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?

You can go to ‘My Account’, and select ‘Lost Your Password’. It will take just a couple of minutes to reset your password, and you’ll be ready to start shopping again.
